recording omitted from later editions included in attached pictorial envelope
on front free endpaper, as only originally issued. 192 pages, 8 ½ by 11, nice copy in dust
jacket. $75 The Art of Close-Up Magic by Lewis Ganson. The two volume set of Harry Stanley First
Editions in surprisingly fine condition – both books and both dust
jackets. The fine set - $85 Stars of Magic.
The actual “First Edition” which consists of all 39 original issues sold
separately from 1945 to 1952 for a total adding up to $94. Then a sturdy, gold stamped leatherette
spring binder to hold them was issued, either black or burgundy, with this
black version being considerably more scarce.
